certainly could have been the case. But I dunno I-35 is one of two or three main higways that divide the city into north/south east/west, and I think had it been something urgent enough for him to respond to a general call, then there would have been a very high chance of seeing others enroute also. Plus it wasn't a highway patrol car, it was a sheriffs dept vehicle, and I don't know if I have ever seen one of those on the interstate here in a high speed pursuit or rush to a scene. They don't typically get those calls. Like I said, I appreciate what they do and don't pretend to know what goes on from the outside so while at first I thought it looked pretty unethical and thought it should at the least be addressed to someone, after giving it some thought I just let it go.
